sourcing, sharing, performing // 2023

The post-human knowledge platform launched in 2023, in collaboration with researcher Alix de Morant (Associate Professor with accreditation to supervise research in theatrical and choreographic aesthetics, UFR 1 – Paul ValĂ©ry University Montpellier 3), initiated the philo-choreographic project â€śsourcing, sharing, performing” centered around the work of feminist philosopher Rosi Braidotti, particularly on the occasion of her latest book Posthuman Feminism.

From January to July 2023, a group of international artists gathered for collective reading sessions, as well as for exchange and sharing within the framework of the Posthuman Feminism (PHF) reading group. The group included Marion Storm, Kai Simon Soteger, Silvia Sorina, Galit Criden, Dragana Alfirevic, Daniel LĂĽhmann, Mathieu Gabard, Paola Stella Minni, among other artists who visited us.

In November 2023, several events were organized as part of this initiative: an open class within the Master exerceprogram with the presence of philosopher Rosi Braidotti, a study day at Paul ValĂ©ry University, and a closing event at the Glassbox-sud gallery in Montpellier.

These events, along with Rosi Braidotti’s visit, were supported by several organizations, including ICI-CCN and Master exerce, Paul Valéry University, Erasmus+, Glassbox-sud, and the Magdalena Festival.
